The Best Milk Tea in Los Banos - Elbi Commons Signature Milk Tea Line

Ever since the quarantine started, I didn't know exactly where to put my reserved energy since playing sports and travelling weren't allowed, and I have no other means to take photos of places and people - so I ventured into FOOD! Aside from supporting friends who put up their own businesses, my family also runs a small cafe in Los Banos called Elbi Commons, so there was a surplus of subjects at hand. Going back, this quarantine definitely unleashed the inner master bakers out of people, but the one food (actually drink but you get it) that I missed the most was milk tea. There were a lot of good milk tea shops around, but I couldn't help compare the quality of local milk tea brands here in the province versus milk tea brands in Manila like my personal favorites Macau, Black Scoop, Happy Lemon, Gong Cha, Dakasi, iMilky, Tiger Sugar, etc. I remember when I first tasted Happy Lemon's Cocoa with Rocksalt and Cheese, I told my mom I wanted to have a Happy Lemon franchise in Los Banos. Eight years after and no I don't have a Happy Lemon franchise hahaha but at least we have our own small cafe where I can have my own milk tea line! And so I thought why not make our own milk tea line that I, and hopefully other people too, wouldn't have to look far for a quality milk tea drink? 

From this, the Elbi Commons Signature Milk Tea line was born! (Ha! Take that, Happy Lemon! jk I still love you I'll get my favorite Cocoa with Rocksalt and Cheese drink after this quarantine 😂)

Behind the product development was a lot of research AND deciding how to visually present the product to people but I kid you not when I say how it looks is exactly how it tastes - H E A V E N. Even I couldn't help myself from buying one cup everyday because it's THAT good (and also because I get so jealous when I see people order and enjoy theirs meanwhile I try my bestEST to not buy LOL the struggle is real). This sounds hard sell hahaha but I can finally say there's a milk tea line here in our area that I crave for everyday. My personal favorites are of course Matcha and also Nutella Cocoa! 

If you're wondering about the size and price, all are served in a 22oz cup (we only offer in one size) and can be bought for P129 only! You can also ask to alter the sugar level to your liking from 0 to 100%!
