Test Shoot with Godox AD 200

My first strobe light, which is a 160W monolight, got broken around October last year, so I had to rent lights for my shoots ever since then and the cost was taking a toll on my wallet so I decided to save up and buy a new strobe light that I could also use outdoors. After doing an in-depth research on which light I should buy based on my needs (compact and portable but still powerful), I finally went for the raved Godox AD 200, also known as the "smallest compact and portable speedlight x monolight". To know why it is called like that, watch these reviews by Adrian Tan (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ayHMGvfqtSU) and Wes Perry (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=twHCAxK9b24&t=2s).

I'm not gonna give a review about the Godox AD 200 because a lot of people already have, but let me just say that this VERY PETITE flash (compared to other monolights) is a WORKHORSE. This strobe light is worthy of all the praises given to it. It is light, compact, and very easy to set up. Godox dear, you're doing amazing sweetie.

I immediately announced on twitter that I wanted to test my new lights so I threw a raffle shoot for couples (a way for me to practice prenuptial and wedding shoots). Here's a word of wisdom for photographers, "When life gives you a new equipment, throw a free shoot" - it's a good way to market your photography to other people ;) Oh and one more thing, since this is just a test shoot, I decided that fake couples may also join the raffle shoot for as long as they can act. I'm saying this because the winners of the shoot, Shun (@deushun) and Kishan (@kishaning),  are not real couple. I'm hoping though to use this strobe light in a real prenup shoot with a real couple but for now, here are the rest of the photos in my test shoot with Godox AD 200.

Special thanks to Thrianne (@makeupbythrianne) for the makeup and also to Moubee and Sonette for assisting me.
